Vicky Randall, a Nashville, Tennessee native, has lived and worked in Sarasota, Florida for three decades and calls Sarasota home. She attended Middle Tennessee State University for her BFA degree where she studied Sculpture, Painting and Metalsmithing. Vicky received her MFA Sculpture degree from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois.
Vicky has been creating work in fabricated metal and bronze for over 35 years. She is well known for her monumental sculptures in stainless steel, and her work is represented in public art installations and over fifty private collections in the US, UK and Germany. Her sculptures have been described as “majestic, lyrical and assertive of the space they occupy. As well as delineating not only a place or boundary but a state of being”
Vicky is a faculty member of the Fine Art Department at Ringling College of Art and Design. She teaches Sculpture and Drawing.
